Login to Admin Portal v2
Status can be updated from any state to any state. Existing Active accounts migrate to Paid / Active.
Enabled
When enabled, show SSP Enabled pill. When disabled, show SSP Disabled pill.

Role & access impact

  • CSM Admins have full Admin Portal access for assigned enterprises.
  • Access is enterprise-specific — users can only login to mapped enterprises.
  • CSM Admins cannot consume courses or be assigned any licenses.
  • A single user can be mapped across multiple enterprises.
  • SSP setup and configuration is available only when enabled above.
